Starting June 11, 2024, Aqua Finance, Inc. (“Aqua”) will become the new servicer for your Flagstar Bank, N.A. (“Flagstar”) account. We are excited to welcome former Flagstar customers to Aqua Finance and look forward to serving you with our expertise in financing for home improvement, motorsports, recreational vehicles, boating, and water treatment.

Please note: Due to technical requirements, we will begin accepting payments on June 12, 2024.

FAQs

Aqua Finance, Inc. will take over servicing your Flagstar account on June 11, 2024. Payments will be accepted starting June 12, 2024. For more information and to make payments, visit www.aquafinance.com/make- a-payment/.

Following the transfer, your account will appear on your credit report under the name Aqua Finance, Inc.

Yes, a welcome letter will be mailed on May 30, 2024, to all affected accounts.

Your next payment is due on the same date it would have been with Flagstar, but you will now make this payment to Aqua Finance, Inc. Payments can be made starting June 12, 2024.

If you are currently enrolled in Flagstar’s automatic recurring payment service, no action is needed on your part. Your payment information will automatically transfer to Aqua, and you will notice the transaction now appears on your bank statement as Aqua Finance, Inc.

If your payments are arranged through a third-party service other than Flagstar’s, your instructions will not automatically transfer. You need to update your payment instructions with your service provider to include your new Aqua account number and the payment address to Aqua Finance, Inc.

Your new payment details are as follows:

  • You should have received a welcome letter with your new account number.
  • Your due date will remain the same as it was previously.
  • If you do not have your new account number, call 800-234-3663 and select option 1.

You can make payments to Aqua in several ways:

  • Online: Visit aquafinance.com/make-a-payment to make a payment, sign up for recurring payments, view statements, or update your account details.
  • Automated phone payments: Call 800-234-3663 and select option 1 to make a one-time payment, available 24 hours a day.
  • Account servicing team: Call 800-234-3663 and select option 1 to speak with a team member and process your payment during business hours.
  • Mail: Send your payment to Aqua Finance, Inc., PO Box 83162, Chicago, IL 60691-0162, making sure you include your new account number.
