Who will be servicing my loan starting April 14, 2025?
Aqua Finance, Inc. (“Aqua”) will begin servicing your State Farm account on April 14, 2025. Aqua specializes in lending for sectors including home improvement, motor sports, recreational vehicles, boating, and water treatment systems.
Will there be any changes to the terms and conditions of my loan due to this new servicing?
No, the terms and conditions of your loan will remain unchanged. Aqua will be servicing your loan, processing your monthly payments, and providing customer support.
When is my next payment due and to whom do I make it?
Your next payment is due on the same date it would have been to State Farm, and you must make this payment to Aqua Finance, Inc. for all due dates on or after April 11, 2025.
What if I am using State Farm’s automatic recurring payment service?
If you are currently enrolled in State Farm’s automatic recurring payment service, no action is needed on your part. Your payment information will automatically transfer to Aqua, and the transaction will appear on your bank statement as Aqua Finance, Inc.
What should I do if I use a third-party recurring payment service to make my payments?
If your payments are arranged through a third-party service other than State Farm’s, your instructions will not automatically transfer. You need to update your payment instructions with your service provider to include your new Aqua account number and the payment address for Aqua Finance, Inc.
What are my new payment details with Aqua?
Your new payment details are as follows:
- You should have received a welcome letter with your new account number. Your due date will remain the same as it was previously. If you do not have your new account number, call 800-234-3663, select option 1.
What options do I have for making payments to Aqua?
You can make payments to Aqua in several ways:
- Online: Visit aquafinance.com/make-a-payment to make a payment, sign up for recurring payments, view statements, or update your account details.
- Automated Phone Payments: Call 800-234-3663, select option 1 to make a one-time payment 24/7.
- Account Servicing Team: Call 800-234-3663, select option 1 to speak with a team member and process a payment during business hours.
- Mail: Send your payment to Aqua Finance, Inc., PO Box 809278, Chicago, IL 60680-9278, ensuring to include your new account number.
